1. Drink lots of milk.

Today is not only National High Five Day it’s also my older sister’s birthday!
Happy Birthday Claire! I am so proud of you. I have always and will always look up to you. (Even if you are short than me :) I am really blessed and very lucky to have you as an older sister. I know there were times we really hated each other. But recently I am so happy about how our relationships and how it’s grown. I love you as a human being and person and not just because you are my sister.
Thank you for being my favorite basket and being so down to just have fun.

One Minute Tales: “The Muppets”
I have sisters, I have best friends, I even have a wife. The photos above are of my other half. There is no other way to describe her. We have been down since 97’ causing trouble everywhere we go. We met at the ripe age of 11 at Washington Middle School. Of course we all know that middle school is the prime, hate your life years. It is important to have good friends. She has been one ever since. We call her ‘Crazy Claire’ cause that is what she is. Girl can kick it, she can cook, she can dance and she can talk shit with the best of ‘em, not to mention she is grippa smart. She can dish it and she can take it. She checks me when need be and rescues me at any hour. I would get rid of her if I could, but I am not trying to be a .5 (?). I love her damn it… I raise my glass of Cold Duck to you Miss Claire, where would I be without you?

Not going to lie: This made me cry (or not least made my eyes sweat). Why? Because Caela (who wrote this touching piece of art) is a beautiful human being who I love deeply. She is more than my friend, she’s like a sister and my mentor.
The second reason why this made me cry: this wonderful human being Caela is speaking about (known as “Crazy Claire”) is my older sister Claire. She’s the no doubt THE dopest person around.
Dreamboat Tuesday.
I saw Chromeo last night (Shout out to my sister for getting me a ticket) and Chromeo was amazing!! They killed. Every time I see them they blow me away and I’ve seen them 4 times already. PLUS they are both adorable!
